As Co-Chair of the Poder Latino Employee Resource Group at Tebra, I led community engagement initiatives and executed event planning to foster a more inclusive and supportive corporate culture. I directed internal programming, managed member outreach, and collaborated with organizational leadership to advance diversity and inclusion goals. In this capacity, I also integrated lead qualification processes and legal intake procedures to ensure that community members were properly aligned with internal services and resources.
