Human Resource Professional ! Ever since my early academic days, I've been fascinated by the art of communication and people management. My journey began at Deoghar College, where I pursued a Bachelor in English. It was there that I honed my skills in public speaking and developed a keen interest in human interactions.Upon graduating, I joined Sai International School in Danapur, Patna. Here, I wore many hats—lecturer, interviewer, and event organizer. Whether it was delivering lectures, conducting interviews, or observing demo sessions, every experience enriched my understanding of talent acquisition and training. The unorganized sector presented unique challenges, but it also provided me with invaluable lessons in adaptability and resourcefulness.My quest for deeper knowledge and broader skills led me to Guru Kashi University, where I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. At GKU, I embraced opportunities beyond the classroom. As a member of the student cultural committee, I engaged in various activities, including PresentaThon, Ideathon, and Digital Marketing workshops. These experiences not only expanded my professional horizon but also cemented my belief in the importance of a holistic approach to learning and growth.Achievements have punctuated my journey, from securing 1st place in the inter-department PresentaThon competition, member of student cultural committe to Secretary of the Student Union at JCM, JMM in Jharkhand, I discovered the impact of leadership and teamwork.I am driven by a passion for human resources, a field where I can blend my skills in communication, presentation, strategic thinking & zeal of working for people.
