- Testing and bug reports for DreamSave Android App, the main product of DreamStart Labs.
- Training field trainers, end users and new Customer Success recruits on how to use and troubleshoot DreamSave.
- CRM Software administration (Zoho Desk and Hubspot administration).
- Marketing.
- Training new Customer Success Recruits on how to use internal communication and support tools such as Zoho Desk, Slack, Trello, Hubsport, Teamviewer, G Suite and many more.
Working as the key contact and lead Customer Success Representative for DreamStart Labs for the DreamSave app pilot project in Zambia.
