Analytical Thinker and Data Analysis Expert
Nova Scotia, Canada
I’m an educator, operations leader, content evaluator, and instructional designer with roughly 15 years of experience helping people understand complex information, improving how work gets done, and building systems that are clearer, more useful, and easier to navigate.
My background spans education, educational technology, operations, content quality, AI evaluation, customer experience, and technical communication. I’ve led teams, managed high-volume workflows, designed instructional materials, evaluated written content against detailed quality standards, and worked across remote environments where clarity and follow-through matter.
A few things I’m especially good at:
• Turning complicated ideas into clear, usable content
• Writing, editing, and evaluating content for clarity, structure, and accuracy
• Designing learning experiences, assessments, and practical resources
• Improving processes and documentation
• Managing multiple priorities without losing sight of quality
• Using AI tools thoughtfully for research, drafting, QA, and workflow improvement
• Working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
I recently completed my Master of Education, where my capstone focused on Universal Design for Learning and creating practical tools to improve student engagement and accessibility.
I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities involving content strategy, instructional design, learning and development, AI evaluation, knowledge management, operations, and digital learning.
I’m based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, and work comfortably across Canadian time zones.
