    This is one of the projects that marked my professional career within the different branches of talent specialization. In this bootcamp project, I served as the academic coordinator, where the main challenge was to guide and address the needs of the young participants. A program aimed at enhancing both technical and soft skills, as well as English proficiency. This program was carried out with the close collaboration of Improving Mexico, as well as the significant support from the Honorable Government of Zapopan.

    I am pleased to offer you a concise summary of the Highly Specialized Talent (TAE) program, a challenging project launched by the State Council of Science and Technology of Jalisco (COECYTJAL) in collaboration with the National Chamber of the Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technologies Industry (CANIETI). This program aimed to retrain and specialize 2500 engineers in the region. I had the honor of serving as the training coordinator, working closely with the government, academic institutions, and a wide range of participating companies, including Luxsoft, Continental, IBM, HP, HPE, Intel, Bosch, Andocs, Banregio, Oracle, and many others.
