I have had management experience for about 2 years in which I have obtained positions as QA, Point of Contact, and Team Leader. During this learning path, I have obtained knowledge of data control, control and management of bonuses, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps, project planning based on solid solutions to solve problems, I have experience in all kinds of LOB's such as customer service, tech support, data entry, and sales. I consider myself a proactive person, a KPI developer, and someone capable of starting and managing a project.
