Built and scaled the Revenue Operations function to support a rapidly growing Startup SaaS GTM organization. I implemented Salesforce, governance and automation frameworks to streamline the lead-to-cash process and partnered with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to design forecasting models, pipeline hygiene practices, and attribution frameworks. I established KPI dashboards to provide executive visibility, while also designing compensation models, quota-setting processes, and territory alignment. Additionally, I led digital transformation initiatives integrating Google Analytics, referral systems, and marketing automation, and mentored analysts and junior admins to foster a data-driven culture.
