I’m an Operations and Project Management professional with a strong background in building processes that connect strategy, execution, and delivery. I specialize in Resource Management, Project Management, and process design, helping teams deliver what’s promised to clients in a way that is realistic, scalable, and profitable. I work at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Execution, ensuring that projects are well-scoped, properly resourced, and executed with clarity and accountability. Before moving fully into Operations, I worked as an Inbound Marketing and CRM Automation Specialist, leading CRM implementations and automation projects using platforms like HubSpot and GoHighLevel. This experience gave me a deep understanding of workflows, customer journeys, and how operational decisions directly impact performance and results.
