As a Technical Recruiter, I have experience with cold calling, strategic sourcing, communication, keeping records in tracking platforms and creating daily reports for our clients. I also worked as an Account Manager for generating new business opportunities and engaging with our clients to ensure we meet all their needs. I used to lead new recruiters through headhunting, using keywords, filters, and boolean searches to find suitable candidates. Since I have experience working in the IT industry, I am familiarized with the programming languages and skills required for each role. My principal task are to seek the right fit for each role through different platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Dice, SeekOut, etc.
