As a Technical Recruiter. I work with founders and engineering leaders who need precision, not just empty volume. My approach is simple: understand the real technical requirements and the impact of the open role, source talent that actually fits it, and remove the noise that slows teams down.
Founders and Hiring Managers don’t struggle with hiring because of a “talent shortage.” They struggle because most recruiters send generic candidates, rely on guesswork, or don’t understand the technical context. It’s almost like buying a lottery ticket: send a couple of resumes, cross your fingers, and hope for the best without any clear, scalable, or repeatable system behind it. But high-stakes technical hiring doesn’t work like that. Teams need a pipeline that consistently puts enough qualified, high-signal candidates in front of decision-makers fast, and that is what the game is all about. That’s the only way to hire well and hire predictably.
I solve this by focusing on signal over noise, technical accuracy, and structured systems that give clients a clear view of their top 3–4 real options at any given moment. No guesswork. No lottery. Just a process built for leaders who need clarity, not chaos and honestly it works most ot the times...
