Conducted process feasibility analysis across Workday/Oracle for core lifecycle processes (appraisals, promotions, HRMS transactions, leave, equity, benefits). Partnered with IT and HR stakeholders on data mapping, migration readiness, reconciliation, issue tracking and defect resolution. Enabled change adoption through sequencing, cutover planning, validation checks, and employee/manager communication toolkits.
