Hendersonville, North Carolina, United States
Judi Moolten is known as the “resource queen” of real estate in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. Whether you are listing a property, searching for trusted service providers, or simply looking for the perfect place to celebrate, Judi is a go-to guide with an expansive network and a genuine passion for helping others.
Beyond real estate, Judi is deeply connected to the fabric of WNC. Through her weekly radio show and podcast, she highlights local businesses, artists, and industry professionals, offering valuable insight into the community she proudly serves. You can find her content on Spotify, YouTube, and at gratefulmindsetproperties.com.
Judi relocated to Hendersonville in 2018 with her husband, daughter, and beloved pets after extensively exploring North Carolina. That experience gave her a unique perspective on relocation and a deep understanding of what it takes to find not just a home, but a true sense of community.
Before becoming a full-time Broker/Owner of Grateful Mindset Properties, Judi spent over 30 years as a trauma and behavioral health specialist. As a clinical director, educator, and developer of widely used trauma protocols, she trained clinicians worldwide and supported individuals through life’s most challenging moments. While now mostly retired from mental health, that foundation continues to shape her client-centered approach.
Judi has been recognized by her clients as “most attentive” for her diligence, care, and ability to anticipate needs. She is known for taking the lead, reducing stress, and ensuring each transaction moves smoothly.
Her work is grounded in integrity, compassion, and service. A breast cancer survivor who has experienced significant personal loss, Judi brings empathy, resilience, and purpose to everything she does. She continues to volunteer and advocate for others, carrying a lifelong commitment to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported.
In real estate, this means showing up fully for her clients every day. Judi works tirelessly to ensure each person she serves feels informed, protected, and confident—because for her, it has never been about the transaction, but the people behind it.
