I was born in Medellín, raised partly in South Carolina, and came back home as an adult. That round trip is now my biggest professional asset.
For the last several years, I've been the operations and talent leader for US-based companies in Latam across various industries, lately with focus on tech, and healthcare, running back-office operations, recruiting, and onboarding from Medellin, Colombia. I've scaled and managed teams of 250+ people across healthcare and tech, built onboarding systems that cut attrition, and led the transition from manual workflows to AI-augmented operations.
What I do is simple to explain and hard to execute well: I help US companies build high-performing remote teams in Latin America that actually deliver, without the cultural misfires, the communication breakdowns, or the cost surprises that often arise with nearshore expansion.
I work best with:
US founders and operators considering LATAM hiring for the first time.
Companies already operating in LATAM that need to fix structure, retention, or onboarding.
Teams scaling through the AI transition who need someone who's lived it.
If that sounds like you, my DMs are open. I also write here weekly about what I see from inside a real LATAM ops team; wins, failures, and the playbooks that actually work.
