We were to proceed to the pro qualification and account creation. Finally, one would give them an onboarding session and would have the pro log into their account through computer/tablet /phone, and we would show them all the tricks and suggestions, offering a walk-through of the platform so that the professional gets familiarized with how Porch's technology works. Finally, one was to contact the pro again for feedback and sell them the idea of the subscription plans available for our marketing/sales specialist to close them through a transferred call.Quotas: 24 account creations (Complementary Profiles) per month (12 bi-weekly / 6 per week). 80 to 120 calls per day and/or high talk time with professionals. 4 transfers to sales per month to
