Documentation, guidelines, on-call rotation, and post-mortems are now part of Belong's engineering culture.- Site Reliability EngineerOracleJan 2021 - Feb 2022 (1 year 2 months)Maintain and develop the internal tools for Oracle's Cloud Support service. Including 3rd party integrations. Used in all the global business units. Functions include develop and extend the functionality of the internal ticketing system used by support engineers for Oracle Cloud. Special attention to legal compliance. - During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 we launched a free version of our insurance app providing medical video consults given more than 2.5k weekly consults in Mexico, I was the main engineer in charge of the devOps operations both Android and iOS. Coordinating simultaneous launches and automating the process with tools including Travis, Circle CI and AppCenter.

The final version was x2 faster in load time and x4 smaller in bundle size. - Individual contributor for the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America, Kinder Morgan a custom software for energy pipelines maintenance. Where I develop react applications saving hundreds of hours in manual ms excel. A very challenging project that required an unconventional solution due to the atypical legacy system for the company backend.

The application is currently in beta with blind users, supports more than 5 languages. And would be available on Android and iOS. The official launch is on March 2017.
