Account: Gogo/Intelsat. (Mainly chats, emails, and calls) Additional comments: During my time at Startek, I was part of a "Development Plan" for a possible promotion. On this plan, I took escalations via call and chats, was POC when there were no Supervisors/Team leads available. -Checked SLA and RTA monitors when was assigned as POC to ensure there were no outages or trending issues when there was a high volume of contacts on queue. (Oracle Service Cloud used to check those levels) -Part of "Hourly Alerts" project. Consisted in hourly contacts WI-FI service American, Airlines, etc.) -Gave floor support to the new agents that were starting on their production period.
