I am a coach and developer of culture transformation projects, specialist in behavioral sciences and human development. In my 12 years of experience, I have impacted more than 30 companies, I have led 10 projects of organizational culture with an average of 40% improvement in the work environment of our advanced programs clients, and I achieved 2 success cases in projects of entrepreneurship and civic culture, according to the government of Colombia and Leticia, Amazonas. I am currently CEO of the Renova Mentality and Culture Agency. Other outstanding achievements: - Lead the construction of the public policy of citizen culture, vision, and city brand of the Amazon capital. A project recognized as a success case according to the Leticia mayor's office (2019). - Cofound and director of ProAmazonas, one of the most important business alliances for the social impact of the last decade of Amazon (2015). - I co-led one of the country's success cases in youth entrepreneurial culture programs, at the level of initiatives of the Regional Entrepreneurship Networks in 2015; according to the entrepreneurship team of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism. - Recognized as an ambassador of the youth entrepreneurial culture of Antioquia in 2013, according to the secretary of productivity and competitiveness of the Government of Antioquia of the same year, for having impacted more than 1000 people with events to activate the entrepreneurial culture. - Recognized as the 2nd most outstanding young man in entrepreneurship in the city according to Medellín Town´s hall in the contest "Young people for life" (2012).
