• Help desk support for a virtual casino
• Assisted with any computer issue (not working tools, issues with credentials, networking issues, intranet issues, hardware issues, etc)
• Troubleshooting, coming up with solutions and workarounds to some of these issues so agents and staff can be back on their usual daily task as soon as possible
• Management of data bases of agent and staff information and credentials, platforms and intranet accounts used by the client
• Provided support using Office tools

• Making reports about the encountered issues and following up on these as well, making sure we have no non-productive agents left behind
• Monitoring and taking note of any issues that may come up with
