As a person with good energy and nice customer service skills, I started my career as a Customer Service Representative and IT Support Agent for Metropcs. After 3 months of training on CRM platforms and learning new information of our products, I helped our clients with questions in their accounts, to process payments and to fix issues with their devices. For more than 3 years and by being a professional, I was able to handle and create smiles for our millions of clients.
