It consists of getting a steady flow of applications from potential candidates around the world to work in UsingFAVA, as head of the recruitment department I am in charge of publishing on Facebook the different vacancies available in our companies, talking all day long with our candidates sending the respective application forms, as well as managing different job platforms where the company is registered such as RemoteCo, Upwork, Indeed, LinkedIn, Torre.co, among others. Among other daily tasks, I have to review more than 50 applications a day and decide which candidate can be qualified to work with us and which cannot. With more than 350 applications received per month, I have helped more than 50 people around the world to get new careers.
