I'm a motivated, passionate and personable technical salesperson and problem-solver accomplished in a variety of hardware and software solutions, with a two-decade track record of international achievement in tech solution sales and services.I possess the diplomacy and soft-skills needed to prove a great solution to clients, showing value proposition through my comprehension of a client's pain, and adjusting my communication of complex topics to their specific critical business issue. This typically requires demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, competitive analyses, ROI analyses and presentations of different aspects of a system to different groups, focusing on individual pain points, emphasising how each unit benefits from the same solution.I’m comfortable working with colleagues at any level, ranging from members of internal departments such as Executive Leadership, Product Management, Development, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, in order to ensure projects and products are improved, and projects are completed on-schedule. I've worked with single individuals to 100,000+ employee organisations, both domestically and internationally, and am always looking to further my knowledge of technology through education, self-enrichment, networking, and alignment to other individuals and organisations who share my passion for solving modern business problems using cutting-edge technology.
