As a Product Engineer at Persistent Systems, I work on the Ruvius CP cloud platform, a cutting-edge solution for cloud computing and networking. I collaborate with a team of engineers and developers to design, implement, and test new features and functionalities for the platform, using my skills in Cisco networking, Windows networking, and troubleshooting. I am also a student of Cybersecurity Engineering at Universidad Fidélitas, where I learn about the latest trends and techniques in securing and protecting digital systems and networks. I have completed 4 modules in CCNA at Universidad de Costa Rica, where I gained a solid foundation in routing and switching protocols. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I have over 4 years of experience in customer service, working as a Customer Services Agent and a Cigna T2 Agent at Concentrix, where I provided support and assistance to clients and customers on various issues and inquiries. I developed my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as my fluency in English and Spanish. I am a hard-working, motivated, and adaptable person who likes to take on challenges and constantly improve. I value collaboration, innovation, and quality in my work. I aspire to become a leader and an expert in product engineering and cybersecurity, and to contribute to the advancement and development of the cloud and networking industry.
