• Perform end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for 200+ end users hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (i.e. printers/copiers, etc.) and initial triage for client network environments. • Windows 11 and MacOS troubleshooting, operations and end-point protection (Cybereason, CrowdStrike). • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration. • Azure AD, Active Directory, Outlook, SharePoint administration for 200+ users (Entra ID, Intune, Kandji). • Perform network configuration and troubleshooting. (Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto FWs, Azure, F5). • Respond to network and server alerts to ensure maximum up time of identified devices. (Grafana, OpsGenie). • Perform network automation tasks. (Azure DevOps, Terraform). •
