This is my actual job. I work for this company remotely assisting and administering more than 80 servers and 3500+ workstations all across the globe. My main tasks are: SCCM software deployments and monthly MS patching, users provisioning, Network security and file server access. VMware maintenance, backup/restore, AWS VDI management, servers (VMs) configuration/spin up. A critical part of this job is to maintain our service ticket queue under control and resolve incoming requests within the assigned SLA. Additionally, I'm in charge of Entra ID / Intune administration assisting project management with configuration profiles depending on the project, users' management (Creation of accounts, deletion, access management, etc.).

In this company I was in charge of deploying/installing a Domain controller with all it's features on a newly purchased set of servers. Back then I implemented VMware ESXi 5.5 and virtualize all services including DHCP, AD, DNS and VPN. I was able to participate as well on the deployment of Microsoft Navision ERP to handle all the finance and HR operations.

I had the privilege of working almost 5 years in one of the biggest (most important) airport in Dominican Republic. I handled all the implementation of software/infrastructure, yearly budget as well as being in charge of the airport's network infrastructure (improvement, troubleshooting, communication upgrades). Working with airlines managers to coordinate and schedule new software versions for their check-in systems was part of our responsibilities. I managed a team of 6 technicians and together we supported more than 600 devices (computers, information screens, flight information devices, scanners, etc.) to support the airport's operation 24/7.

My main job here was as a technical support for all our internal clients, keeping all the computers up and running with systems updates, hardware replacement, users provisioning (accounts creations, file server access, etc.) as well as handling all the Domain Controllers tasks, DHCP, file servers and internet access for users.
