I am a mediator and mediation advisor at the Compliance Advisory Ombudsman (CAO- IFC & MIGA), & Dispute Resolution Services (DRS-World Bank), Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM-Green Climate Fund) as well as a consultant trainer, facilitator and researcher. I have successfully mediated cases in Guinea, Kenya, Uganda. I have also been engaged in research on SDGs, leadership, gender-based violence and Gender Equality with publications in those areas. I have also developed gender strategies for a variety of sectors in government, faith-based organizations and non-governmental organizations. I am similarly engaged as a trainer on women as agents of social change in faith-based organizations.
