• Provide technical support to end-users on Extech brand measuring instruments & software, including troubleshooting, technical information, configuration, calibration, and basic usage.
• Perform troubleshooting techniques over the phone or remote access to identify and resolve issues.
• Examine, diagnose and resolve a high volume of complex support tickets and chats through Oracle, meeting internal goals for initial respons
