In the project I was tasked to replace client PCs that are 4 years old and backup the data and restore the data on the new PCs. I would be required to perform needs assessment, (hardware & software) using a company developed system and builds for client PCs. The company is migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have experience in installation/builds. In addition, I was assigned to a location or region to provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting. I was required to work in and with the company's ITSM system.
