AI Engineering Enablement Lead / Software Architect
    Verusen
    Mar 2025 - Current (1 year 9 months)
I joined the company as an Architect. The early results with AI got noticed, and leadership asked me to take it further. Today my work is about bringing AI into how our entire engineering team delivers.
I'm building an AI-led SDLC where agents run the process and humans make the calls.

Product gives us a PRD. Agents turn it into a spec, an architecture plan, tickets and code. They work from a knowledge library that documents how our platform really behaves, checked against the code.

At every step there’s a human gate. Agents propose. People decide.

This isn’t AI replacing engineers. It’s AI doing the legwork so engineers can spend their time on judgment, improving speed and accuracy of the product deliv

    Proyecto 404
    Feb 2018 - Oct 2020 (2 years 9 months)
    - Before jumping into what I did in the 2 projects I worked for, it's important to remark that In "Proyecto 404", we (as the company) stumbled upon "software craftsmanship".
That "discovery" made us (me and the company) way more efficient at working on software projects. This includes coding way better, managing projects way more agile oriented including to our poor agile implementation (scrum) the XP practices (Extreme programming). We started having katas (workshops to train something in particular) and a developer reading club weekly. We also started to do workshops with the technologies or stuff we wanted to learn. Since then my development skills improved dramatically making me a way better professional.

    - Farmacity (Pharmaceutical): I did a small development of a feature they needed in PHP/JS. I used Jade to write HTML in that project. The project was an ecommerce where you were able to buy pharmaceutical products.
I started working as a front end freelance developer in my free time. I worked in different companies/projects:

    - Testing web applications , web sites.
    • At National Geographic I was in the digital magazine team. I started as a SR QA, but after a short period the QA leader left the team and because I was doing an outstanding job, they promoted me and gave me the position. I created a QA guideline which covered all the important points to be tested, including automation, UI/UX, browsers/devices and what to test in exploratory testing. We had regular meetings with developers, producers, designers and journalist. These last ones (the journalists) were the main stakeholders of the product. They had a story to tell and we had to transform it into digital content. So the whole team discussed what to do and how was the best way to do it. As QA we parti

Some projects were a one man band which led me to learn a lot.

I won SHIP BA 2025, a Buenos Aires hackathon where the challenge was to build and ship a real product from scratch in a single day. Not just a prototype, but something people would actually pay for.

Together with two teammates, I built Majorana, an AI-powered real-time assistant for streamers. It ingests live Twitch and Kick chat and turns hundreds of messages per minute into actionable signals: audience sentiment, trending topics, recurring themes, and conversation prompts for moments when engagement drops.

We designed, built, and deployed the product in one day, and it won first place. More importantly, Majorana continued running in production after the hackathon and has been used by real streamers.
