I am a hard-working and innovative project manager professional, with background in electronic engineer, specialized on telematics; with a huge knowledge in migrations, redesign, and implementation of services in the cloud (Amazon AWS, IBM vmware), with over eleven years of experience in a variety of voice platforms, contact center technologies, operational systems, security and high availability including Linux (Redhat, Centos, Opensuse), Solaris (5,10,11), Unix (HP), Windows, Avaya PDS, Avaya MPS, Genesys Framework, Genesys Voice Portal, BIG IP LTM (2000s).
I have big experience implementing voice services, coordinating providers, giving technical support and integrating different communication systems with client’s solutions.
