Latin America: Andean, Caribe, and Central America. Directly responsible for a
group of 2 Market Research managers.
-Being the "voice of the consumer" in everyday decisions by providing its POV
in product development, communications, pricing, and general marketing
activities.
-Develop in-house research by working directly with consumer panels in order
to eliminate the "middle man" and deliver more cost and time-efficient insights.
-Responsible for both shopper and consumer research in the region with the aim to provide insights for all Mondelez categories for product development,
advertising, and execution initiatives.
