I’m an IT and operations professional with over 8 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, resolving complex issues, and working in high-pressure environments. In my current role, I investigate system issues, analyze data to identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. This has given me strong experience in troubleshooting, escalation handling, and process improvement. I am currently focused on transitioning into cybersecurity and systems analysis roles, where I can apply my experience in incident investigation, system behavior analysis, and operational support to help improve security and efficiency.
