Jonathan Victor Andre

I’m a results-driven recruiter and former Executive Branch Manager with a passion for leadership, sales, and helping others grow. Currently, I recruit top-performing college students into one of North America’s most competitive internship and leadership development programs, bringing firsthand experience after running a $200,000 painting business during my time as a student.

In that role, I sourced over 200 leads and conducted more than 100 estimates with a 50 percent close rate. I managed 30 residential projects while maintaining a 90 percent customer satisfaction rate and led a team of twelve employees. I was responsible for everything from prospecting and estimating to project management and client communication.
Today, I use that entrepreneurial foundation to identify high-potential candidates, connect authentically, and support them as they step into leadership roles of their own.

I’m currently in my final semester at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh completing a degree in Marketing. I’m passionate about sales, communication, and personal development, and I’m always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute.
