Always passionate about people and an advocate of remote working. Learned and gained fulfillment throughout 9 years and counting, journey in HR, managing the end-to-end team- and client recruitment, of interns to senior executives in diverse fields: Tech, Education, E-Commerce, and Finance, whilst involved in the strategic decision-making. Most satisfied when successfully onboarded team members/interns/new hires aligned with the startup's/company's vision and culture, and to share in their success. Successfully initiated and led a small team in projects/programs including customer-facing in-house recruitment campaigns, and management of people’s program/team culture. Contributed to the coordination, implementation, and running of impact programs from sourcing early team members, interns, and mentors. Honored to be given the trust, empowerment, and mentorship of great entrepreneurs.
