I have a technical background in product and project management. I have been part of various leadership teams and have taken on various roles in the creation of digital products. I am passionate about learning and am always striving for professional growth. Coding I have extensive experience in front-end development, as well as several years of experience working with PHP on the back-end. I have used a variety of frameworks, including Laravel, CodeIgniter, Angular, and React, as well as content management systems such as WordPress and CMS Made Simple. Product Management Leadership, project management, lean process, user research, benchmarking, roadmap definition, hiring, and building effective teams. Agile Methodologies Team facilitation, scrum ceremonies, stakeholder management, product backlog refinement, and other related activities that I routinely perform are key elements of my role. I am adept at understanding the needs of the stakeholders and working with the team to create the most effective solutions. Furthermore, I have developed a wide array of skills that I can leverage to ensure that all of the requirements are met and that the product backlog is continuously refined and updated. My experience in this area has enabled me to ensure that we remain agile and can quickly react to changes in the market or customer demands. Team Leadership Over the past five years, I have been leading teams, some of which I created from the ground up. My primary focus is on the growth of each team member, as well as the team as a whole. I am particularly interested in developing the team's culture and continuously refining processes to remove any obstacles and friction.
