My expertise spans both manual and automation testing methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe. A dedicated learner, I'm constantly seeking new challenges to expand my skillset.
Starting my QA career in 2019, I led projects at Movil Exito, collaborating with Optiva engineers to test diverse functionalities across USSD, CRM, social media, and more. This experience solidified my foundation in manual testing. In 2022, I achieved the ISTQB® CTFL certification and joined Globant for the Citibanamex Home banking project. Here, I honed my mobile testing skills for both Android and iOS, further strengthening my understanding of Agile methodology with Scrum. Later in 2022, Olive Tree Holdings offered me the opportunity to delve into web test automation using Cypress, Typescript, and Git. I leveraged this new skillset to implement automated tests for core functionalities on 4 websites (Truerate, Olive Tree Ventures, Olive Tree Holdings and Affordable Housing), ultimately reducing manual testing time.
As a Senior QA Engineer at Capgemini (2023), I joined the Liberty Latin America telecom project while further developing my leadership and soft skills, performing website testing (Liberate and Paperless). Currently at Softtek (2023), I lead the QA processes for the Maritz eCommerce project. By leveraging tools like Docker, Shopware, Azure DevOps, AWS, I streamlined testing efforts and significantly improved efficiency.
In 2025, I achieved the ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level certification, a testament to my commitment to advancing my expertise in test management and leadership.
