Former Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel who has over 30 years of experience in the fields of logistics, training and program and project management. Background includes training policy development, project planning and execution, operational and strategic planning, and transportation and logistics management. Over the past 15 years, experience in managing Marine Corps contracts for service contracts as both a prime contractor and subcontractor. Roles include business development, program management, recruiting, quality assurance, program execution and technical management. Additional leadership within and in support of diverse government and defense-related organizations. Extensive management and analysis experience in support of both military and civilian organizations. Mr. Beiswanger has been with Claxton Logisitcs since March 2019. Claxton Logistics Services Experience Director of Federal Services April 2019 - Present Support the President and Vice President with implementation and oversight of business policies and procedures. Assist in creating new business. Assist in managing current tasks while being dual hatted as the Portfolio Manager. In that role responsible for both Program Management and Project Management of existing contracts. These include large programs providing Executive Assistants, Administrative and Operations personnel to support Marine Corps Systems Command; Operations support to Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory; Engineers and Logistics personnel in support of Marine Corps Acquisitions and various other entities. Provide mentorship, guidance and overview to staff members and Project Managers.
