Systems engineer with over 15 years of experience in Quality Control area, expert in functional testing including Frontend, Backend, Mobile, CMS as Dot CMS, AEM and Salesforce testing, knowledge and application of agile methodology. Recently, I have been applying AI knowledge in my work with tools like ChatGPT Gemini, Copilot, as QA I focus on innovation generating strategies that allow to improve quality processes to give business value to the customer. I have assertive communication and good interpersonal relationships with people; I like to share my knowledge and learn from others thus improving soft skills and technical skills. Experience leading test analysis team, as career coach and mentor, generating and improving the best practices to be applied in software quality area, helping and boosting the career path of people. In my free time I like read about new technologies, other topics as nature, space, health, yoga, also I like to travel around the world to know new cultures, and I love, and I like helping animals.
