    I directed the of the first laboratory for COVID of the National Institute of Health', a project that gave me experience in the development of medical and clinical projects, following the most demanding standards that regulate this type of facilities. The biggest challenge of this project was its complexity and building it in the middle of the pandemic. This project was awarded through public bidding.

    PATHOLOGICAL STUDY AND RESTORATION OF THE FACADE OF THE COLPATRIA TOWER.
    I directed the project which has more than 110,000 ft2 and 50 floors high, at that time it was considered the tallest building in the country. This study was conducted in two phases, first the inspection and tests on the facade to determine the pathology that was degrading it, for which we conducted in-situ and laboratory tests to determine the pathology and recommendations for its restoration; and second the intervention of the facade as such. The biggest challenge of this project was undoubtedly having to work at a height of more than 200 meters above sea level. However, the correct planning of the project supported by an excellent safety management allowed us to carry out the entire project without risks.
