I'm a systems engineering student in the seventh semester at El Bosque University, with experience in software development projects, mainly with Java, however I also have knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, Python, Bash, MySQL, PostgreSQL and version management with Git and GitHub (
https://github.com/DevJohann). I like to lead teams, I like to coordinate the tasks that are pending and see the personal and professional growth of the members. I am certified in the agile SCRUM methodology at Fundación Telefónica. I like order and clarity in projects.
During my high school courses I was part of a research group called Pequeños ingenieros belonging to the Ondas de Colciencias program. In that group we developed a video game in Unity3D, with C#, the objective was to improve school life through video games. My role in the team was: Programming Leader and my job was to manage the tasks and train my colleagues in programming. With this group we were in Neiva, Barranquilla and Mexico exposing the project, in which we always remain in the first positions.
I'm autodidactic. I learned basic programming at the age of 14 through free programming courses at Platzi, from there I developed a taste for the tech industry. I have also taken courses on Udemy, Amigoscode, Youtube, among other platforms, in which I have learned the fundamentals of software engineering, networks, cybersecurity, web development, and personal growth (Mainly at Platzi).
I am passionate about the area of cybersecurity. My goal is to contribute in this field. As a hobby I have done internships with Linux (Ubuntu and Debian), with Kali Linux and some of its tools (Nmap, metasploit, Wireshark, JohnTheRipper, LinPeas, among others) analyzing the vulnerabilities of virtual machines that I found in VulnHub, HackTheBox and TryHackMe.
