With over seven months in this role, I focus on API-driven integration strategies, leveraging expertise running SQL queries and my history in Support related roles to enhance client processes. Prior to this role, I worked as a Provider Integration Analyst, collaborating with teams to optimize integration workflows for over two years. I leverage my extensive experience in Customer Support/Success to architect working solutions for clients in the technical space.In my free time I enjoy video games, basketball, reading, and spending time with my wife, daughter, and our two rescue dogs, Rocky and Dot.
