We are currently partnering with an international client in the BPO sector who is looking for a Team Leader to manage a customer service team.

\uD83D\uDCBC Your Mission as a Team Leader:
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with the KPIs set for you and your team.
- Develop strategies that inspire and empower your team.
- Deliver clear, objective, and impactful performance reports to the client.
- Be present and available during your shift to provide active, hands-on leadership.

\u2705 What We Expect from You:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in high-performance environments.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Advanced Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Strong skills in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Solid experience in team leadership.
- Proven knowledge of BPO processes (minimum 2 years).
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate knowledge of CRMs and Google Workspace tools.
- Full availability for rotating shifts.
