About the role
We’re a US-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our Meta (Facebook\/Instagram) ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote position focused on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.

Key responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies and briefs for Meta ad campaigns.
- Analyse performance data to identify winning creative patterns.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction.
- Collaborate with designers\/editors to produce scroll-stopping ads.
- Test new creative formats and systematically scale winners.
- Bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams.

Required experience
- 3+ years in paid social creative strategy (specifically Meta).
- Proven track record creating successful DTC ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with direct response marketing principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-performing creative work.
