We’re Hiring: Virtual Account Executive - Property Management (Full-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote | Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, Full-Time.
Hours: 40 Paid Hours\/Week (8:30 AM–6 PM or 9 AM–6 PM EST).
Includes 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks (unpaid).
Compensation: Base pay + Commission.

About the role:
We’re looking for a confident, goal-driven Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic property management team as a Virtual Account Executive - Property Management. Your mission? To connect with property owners, build meaningful rapport, and guide them toward discovering our management solutions. This is a full-time, remote position that is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives on building long-term relationships.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Reaching out to warm and cold leads from platforms like MLS, Deal Machine, BiggerPockets, and social media.
- Following up consistently over long sales cycles (90 days–18 months).
- Scheduling discovery calls and coordinating with internal teams.
- Using CRM (Monday.com) to manage lead flow and update pipelines.
- Attending virtual meetings via Zoom or Google Meet with professionalism.
- Leveraging tools like Google Voice and Google Drive for daily communication and organization.
- Using Cardone University for ongoing training and skill-building.

Qualifications:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (real estate a plus!).
- Confident using CRMs and digital tools (Google Workspace, Monday.com, etc.).
- Self-motivated with clear personal financial goals.
- Positive attitude with a strong follow-up mindset.
