Responsibilities:

* Provide executive-level support to founders and senior leadership.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international and domestic travel.
* Assist with project tracking and task coordination using tools like Monday.com or similar.
* Conduct online research related to real estate opportunities and market data.
* Input and organize real estate and operational data accurately.
* Prepare agendas, internal documents, and reports as needed.
* Support special projects and ad hoc operational tasks.
* Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
* Proactively improve processes and solve administrative challenges.

Requirements:

* Based in Latin America (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, etc.).
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
* Availability to work from 6:00–7:00 AM LATAM time to align with UK-based team.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar roles supporting senior leaders.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with platforms like Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar.
* Skilled in online research, data entry, and using tools like GSuite and spreadsheets.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and resourceful.
* Experience in real estate support is a plus.
