Hi! I’m looking for a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant with expert-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience for a 2-week project. This role will focus on setting up and managing automations, building funnels, and streamlining CRM operations for a coaching and service-based business in the wellness and beauty space.

\uD83D\uDD27 Scope of work (2-Week deliverables):

Set up and customize GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, custom fields, automations, triggers)
Build and optimize up to 3 funnels (sales\/lead magnet\/onboarding), including landing pages, forms, and booking calendars
Create and launch email\/SMS campaigns for onboarding, nurturing sequences, and promotional blasts
Implement one lead magnet or event registration funnel (e.g., webinar, challenge)
Integrate GHL with external tools (Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Troubleshoot and test all automations, ensuring smooth operation
Clean and organize the CRM for accurate lead tracking and segmentation
Provide a performance summary report at the end of the project, with optimization recommendations

\u2705 Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years GoHighLevel experience (funnels, automations, CRM)
Solid understanding of lead magnets, digital marketing funnels, and client journeys
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
Experience working with coaches, consultants, or service-based businesses is a plus
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Organized, fast learner, and comfortable working independently with deadlines

\uD83D\uDCB5 Project budget & terms:
Rate: $9–$12 USD\/hour (depending on experience)
Estimated Hours: 20 hours\/week for 2 weeks (total of 40 hours)
Schedule: Flexible within Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
