– Led the HR department across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, and Uruguay, overseeing regional HR strategy while managing, coaching, and supporting the team in resolving HR process-related matter. – Advise and mentor managers at all levels to strengthen leadership skills and foster a culture of engagement. – Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and HR best practices to ensure alignment with company policies. – Partner with the Global P&C Director to tailor global HR strategies to the regional context. – Lead the design and execution of initiatives related to employee engagement, HR policy implementation, performance management, compensation and benefits, workplace relationships, and organizational development.
