In the past four years, I've had the chance to work in my ideal childhood job, that role that the 10-year-old me, who was just discovering the love for literature, dreamed about: editor. As an assistant editor, I had the opportunity to experience all the aspects of the editor role, and I also improved and developed my abilities of critical thinking, time management, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Now, I am ready to combine these abilities with my multilingual skills as I transition from my editing experience to becoming a translator. You see, that dream of the 10-year-old me has evolved and changed. Now I have the goal of developing myself as a professional in an environment where I can apply my knowledge of different languages such as English, French, and Spanish (and hopefully there will be more languages in the future). As a Spanish Philologist, I understand the importance of clear communication of diverse content and messages, and the necessity for those messages to be passed responsibly, always respecting the cultural differences that may arise. I consider myself to be a responsible, detail, and quality-driven person. Also, I can adapt to new environments and markets, and I am always ready to learn new skills when needed. I am always open and looking for new opportunities, so don´t hesitate to contact me!
