I own strategy, execution, and scale across brand, growth, and revenue, and I manage $4-5M+ in annual marketing spend across paid media, lifecycle, outbound, affiliates, partnerships, content, and product-led growth.
My path didn't start in marketing. I spent two years in med school before realizing I cared far more about why people buy than how cells divide. That instinct turned into clients, then my own agency, Kick Off Social, where I built the go-to-market engine from zero and helped scale multiple B2B and DTC companies to seven figures. So when I sit across from a founder, I'm not guessing. I've made payroll, chased invoices, and learned the difference between what moves a business and what just looks busy.
Along the way I've driven growth inside fast-moving companies like HighLevel and Docplanner, building multi-channel acquisition systems, lifecycle automation, and closed-loop reporting on CAC, LTV, and ROAS across SaaS and e-commerce in the US, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. I work especially well in the Y Combinator-style startup world, where speed, clarity, and leverage matter more than headcount.
A big part of my work happens in the room with founders and operators: I speak and run sessions for founders, SMBs, and early-stage teams on growth, positioning, and building marketing that actually compounds. After well over a thousand founder conversations, my conviction is simple. Get the message right before optimizing anything. A clear, honest message beats a perfectly tuned ad that says nothing. The rest is discipline and good taste.
