With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a completed MBA, I am an experienced corporate recruiter and human resources consultant with significant experience with multinational organizations in PR, The Caribbean, USA and Latin American markets. As a corporate recruiter, my experience is focused on managing multiple business segment recruitment needs and human resources department assignments. My career highlights are related to pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, retail and sales industries where I have gained broad knowledge identifying marketing, sales, business development, managerial and other top management and technical positions. Also, as a headhunting consultant, I have had the opportunity to identify, analyze and present recruitment and professional trends that can be an asset to any company. I have performed successful executive recruitment and head hunting assignments for high profile companies such as HTC America, Whirlpool, UPS, Molson Coors, Kimberly Clark and L’Oréal among other multinational companies.
