I’m a Project Manager who has built a career at the intersection of technology, engineering, and product delivery. My journey began in technology consulting, where I learned to navigate enterprise systems, align stakeholders, and coordinate delivery across fast-moving environments. At Accenture, I strengthened my foundation in PMO governance, process improvement, Agile frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration. From there, I expanded into regional leadership at The Coca-Cola Company, managing digital and market-innovation initiatives across LATAM, and discovering how strategic execution can directly impact business outcomes. Later, in the healthcare technology space, I helped streamline software implementation processes and improve visibility for decision-makers. I developed a strong belief: clear alignment and structured communication are the strongest drivers of project success. Today, I apply that philosophy in the video game industry as a Senior Producer, managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and QA to deliver highly technical projects for PC, console, and VR platforms. Working closely with internal leaders and external partners, I ensure releases meet industry standards, business goals, and player expectations.
